Reservation Conditions Deposits/Cancellations: We accept most credit cards. As we are often fully booked for the season a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. If cancellation occurs prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit is refundable. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged in full for your entire reservation. A 5% discount is offered on any stays over 30 days
